My mind apples include a few minutes of breathing, just to watch my breath and my thoughts, and to remember no to get caught up in any thoughts or feelings...  they are just actions in myself, they are not myself

I laugh, and then laugh some more, I think about how laughing is good for longevity and how great it is to laugh about nothing.  I appreciate that my few minutes of laughter will make my whole day happier

I help people

I retrain myself in some way, I visualise being faster, stronger, happier...  a few areas of my life get concerted effort.

I remember all the people I care about and my heroes who excite me


oh, and I like to exercise..  but that makes 6.</description>
